Terms of Service
The terms for using PlanMe.
Using PlanMe
PlanMe turns saved travel videos into a planned, mapped itinerary. It is provided for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You are responsible for the links, clips, and content you import, and you must have the right to use anything you upload.
Subscriptions and Purchases
PlanMe offers a monthly subscription and a one-time single-trip pass, sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. The monthly plan renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple account is charged within 24 hours before each renewal; the single-trip pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store settings. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Content and Intellectual Property
You keep any rights you hold in the content you import. The PlanMe app, its design, and its software are provided for your personal use; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute them. Map and place data belong to their respective providers.
Third-Party Services and Content
PlanMe depends on third-party services for map data, place results, video processing, and AI-assisted planning, and on content from platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Availability and accuracy can vary, links may break, and imported content may become unavailable. PlanMe is not responsible for third-party content or services.
App Store Terms
This agreement is between you and PlanMe's developer, not Apple, and the developer alone is responsible for the app and its content. Your licence to use the app is personal, non-transferable, and limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service (including Family Sharing). Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. The developer, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Acceptable Use
You may not use PlanMe to infringe others' rights, break the terms of the platforms you import from, or submit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. We may limit or suspend access where misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.
Disclaimers
PlanMe is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Itineraries, place details, opening hours, and routes are suggestions generated from third-party data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always confirm details before you travel.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanMe and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on the itineraries it produces.
Termination
You may stop using PlanMe at any time and remove your data from the Legal screen in the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law grants you stronger rights.
Changes
We may update features, pricing, and these terms as PlanMe evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and the date above will be revised.
